Our Pooling Option saves you even more

Pooling transfers: Our Business Shuttle system synchronizes new bookings with already existing ones and with matching travelling dates or times. Matching transfers will be displayed to the booking person via our interface. In case a passenger books an existing transfer the total cost of the transfer will be divided among every passenger.

Example: A transfer costs 50 EUR and 5 passengers book it. Each one of them will only be charged 10 EUR. Besides saving money this measure also helps reducing CO2 emissions since only one instead of five vehicles will be used.

The Touring Option as another measure of optimization

Experienced German Transfer Tour Managers monitor all transfers and will help optimizing the transfer volume. As long as the waiting time deadline of 15/30 minutes per transfer can be kept, our contractors have requested and passengers have been informed, transfers will be pooled. There will be a small charge on a percentage basis of the total transfer cost for this service which will also be divided among all passengers.
