Booking Deadline

The general booking deadline is 48 hours for Economy Class transfers, and 24 hours for all other transfer classes. In some areas booking deadlines may be different (for shorter notice) but will be displayed upon booking.

Confirmation process

After you have finished the booking process you will receive a reservation request confirmation by email which is provisional. Within the next 24 hours you will receive the confirmation that your transfer has been reserved with a local contractor. In case your transfer is not available you will receive a cancellation confirmation.

Cancellation

You may cancel your booked transfers via „My German Transfer“ in your account. Please log in with your personal access data and follow the instructions.
