1.1. German Transfer is merely working as a transfer intermediator and forwards the customer requests to carefully selected local executive contractors. The reception of customer requests and the intermediation of the transfer to the local executive contractor will be confirmed to the customer through a provisional non-binding reservation confirmation. The contract yielding the transfer service is concluded exclusively between the customer and the executive contractor selected by German Transfer via a binding reservation confirmation from the contractor to the customer.

1.3. The customer is bound to his transfer request with us over a period of 10 days starting upon receipt of a written registration or filing of a verbally declared (e.g. by phone) registration with us. If the executive contractor declines to accept the customer offer of a contract conclusion mediated by German Transfer within this period the customer is no longer bound to his transfer request. If the executive contractor only accepts the offer in a deviating version the reception of the customer request is to be assessed as a new offer according to §150 II BGB. The customer may choose to accept the new offer of the executive contractor mediated by German Transfer within 10 days. The declaration of acceptance is significant in written or verbal form (e.g. by phone).

2.1. The provision of a transfer ensues from the description in the reservation confirmation from the executive contractor mediated through German Transfer. Additional regulations as for the processing of the pick-up and the return trip are also part of the transfer provision as specified in the reservation confirmation by the executive contractor.

2.2. Prices are valid for one pick-up address and a single route; for each additional pick-up or destination address on the direct route from or to the airport an extra fee according to the currently valid list of prices will be charged. The transfer price listed in the reservation confirmation includes one piece of baggage and one piece of luggage per person. Additional fees will be charged for excess baggage or the transport of pets. Undeclared excess baggage or pets not placed in a closed transport box will not be transported by the executive contractor selected through German Transfer.

2.3. In case of a delay of the customer’s arrival at the airport and notification of this matter in due time by the customer German Transfer as well as the executive contractor selected by German Transfer are obliged to provide a substitute transfer vehicle. Notification in due time here means immediate notification by the customer after receiving notice of the delay. However, waiting times of up to 2 hours are to be accepted by the customer in this case.

2.4. Any changes customers wish to apply to their booking after submission of the transfer request and issue of the binding reservation confirmation from the executive contractor selected by German Transfer require notification to be forwarded to the executive contractor selected by German Transfer in written form. Failure of notification results in the expiry of the executive contractor’s transport duty.

2.5. Exceptional or emergency situations (e.g. strike of air traffic controllers, bad weather conditions) can only be cushioned to a limited extent by the executive contractor selected by German Transfer such that longer waiting times are to be accepted by the customer.

2.6. The executive contractor selected by German Transfer is exclusively responsible for the scheduling of the customers’ pick-up time. The determination of the pick-up time will depend on the anticipated travelling time of the transfer as well as the regulations of the charter or scheduled flight airline. If customers wish to schedule a pick-up time by themselves they are required to choose the exclusive single transfer option upon booking.

2.8 Unless the customer chooses the option of an explicit single transfer upon booking, he or she agrees on the possible circumstance that additional passengers mediated to the executive contactor by German Transfer may be picked up on the direct route of the transfer to the destination.

The indicated price on the reservation confirmation from the executive contractor selected by German Transfer is binding. The customer is provided with the option of paying the total amount due via credit card online. In case of online payment via credit card the customer will be charged with the additional credit card fee.

German Transfer is generally not responsible for the correct transfer conduct through the executive contractor selected by German Transfer. German Transfer’s extent of responsibility is restricted to a reputable merchant’s obligation of carefully selecting and supervising the executive contractor for a given transfer. The extent of responsibility in quantified numbers is restricted to triple the actual transfer price. The customer is obliged to notify German Transfer of any complaint or discontent with the service of the executive contractor selected by German Transfer.

If any of the terms listed above becomes ineffective the effectiveness of the contract does not change in any way. Legal obligations immediately take the place of any ineffective terms.
