• All vehicles need to be in perfect mechanical condition; frequently serviced and maintained. In accordance with ADAC recommendations, all vehicles used for transfers should be fitted with the appropriate tyres for winter or summer.
• All vehicles used are to be licensed according to legal requirements.
• All vehicles used should not have more than 300,000 km on the clock when entering service.
• All vehicles used are to be no older than 3 years.
• All vehicles used need to be air-conditioned.
• All vehicles used are to have valid papers regarding transportation, approval and safety regulations.
• All vehicles used must be nicely presented; private belongings, newspapers, etc. should not be viewable to the customer.
• All vehicles used need to be kept in immaculate condition – regularly cleaned, inside and outside.
• All vehicles are non-smoking; strong food odours also need to be prevented.
